The word neuro means nerve and nervous system. Neurology is the branch of medicine that deals with problems affecting the nervous system. Neurosurgery, or neurological surgery, is the medical specialty concerned with the prevention, diagnosis, surgical treatment, and rehabilitation of disorders which affect any portion of the nervous system including the brain, spinal cord, peripheral nerves, and extra-cranial cerebrovascular system.

Epilepsy the common neurological disorder in which nerve cells in the brain disturbed causing seizure and affects people of all ages. Seizures have a range of severity depending on the individual. Treatments includes like anti-seizures medications.

Symptoms of Epilepsy:-

  • Intermittent fainting spells, during which bowel or bladder control is lost.
  • The person suddenly falls for no reason
  • the arms, legs, or body jerk, in babies these will appear as a cluster of rapid jerking movements

Multiple Sclerosis:

The Multiple Sclerosis disease in immune system eats away at the protective covering of nerves, this disease usually begins between the ages of 20 to 40 years old. The MS not affect the basic fertility of either men or women.MS is curable, Unfortunately there is no cure for MS.

Parkinson’s disease:

Parkinson’s Disease mainly affect adults older than 60. This disease cannot be cured but can be controlled, can live 10 to 20 years after being diagnosed.


  • Tremor, Shaking, Usually begins in limbs.
